During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

Incorrect Shipping Information

We will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.


Orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refunds.

If your order was protected by Premium Shipping Protection, you may qualify for a free replacement in cases of:

  • Damaged items

  • Theft after delivery
