90-Day Results-Based Guarantee
We stand behind every CalmNest Grounding Sheet with a 90-day guarantee. We're confident in this product because we've seen it work — and we want every family to give it a genuine chance before deciding it's not for them.
What Qualifies for a Return
Grounding is a physiological process and results take time. We require a minimum 14-night trial before a return is considered. Returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase when all of the following apply:
- The sheet has been used for a minimum of 14 consecutive nights (most families see changes between nights 5–21, as babies' nervous systems need time to adapt)
- The sheet is free from stains, bodily fluids, pet hair, or damage beyond normal use
- All original components are included (sheet + grounding cord)
- A valid order number and brief description of what you experienced during your trial is provided
What Does Not Qualify for a Return
The following are not accepted as valid return reasons:
- "My partner/spouse/family member doesn't want me to use it." You placed this order as an autonomous adult making a decision for your family. Household disagreement is not a product failure. We encourage you to share our safety documentation and research with your partner — our support team is happy to help with that conversation.
- "I changed my mind" or "I decided not to try it." Our guarantee is results-based. It covers the product not working after a genuine trial — not a decision made before ever opening the box.
- Unused or unopened products. We cannot approve returns on products that were never given a fair trial. If you haven't opened it yet, you still have time — that's exactly what the 90-day window is for.
- Order cancellations. Once an order has been submitted, it enters our fulfillment system immediately and cannot be cancelled.
- Items purchased with a promotional discount exceeding 30% (final sale).
- Partial bundle returns. Bundles must be returned complete with all components.
- Products with frayed silver threads or fabric damage caused by misuse or improper washing.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your sheet upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@adhdcomfort.com with your order number and photos. We will resolve it promptly, including expedited replacement at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We offer a one-time size exchange at no additional shipping cost within the first 30 days. Contact us before sending anything back to confirm size availability.
How Refunds Are Processed
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank processing may add an additional 5–10 business days.
Please note the following deductions from your refund:
- A $5 processing fee is deducted from all approved refunds to cover non-refundable payment processing costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error
- Bundled digital bonuses or materials that have been accessed are non-refundable
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at support@adhdcomfort.com.
A Note on Policy Enforcement
We take our guarantee seriously — which means we enforce it seriously. Return requests that do not meet the criteria above will not be approved. Customers who have not completed a genuine trial period, or whose return reason does not reflect a product failure, are not eligible for a refund. Repeated return attempts or abuse of our policy may result in future order ineligibility.
